Swedish massage is the most common type of massage and is a combination of kneading, gliding and long, gentle strokes to ease away stress and tension. Increased circulation, pain relief and a sense of well-being and balance are some of the many benefits of Swedish massage. Great for relaxation, however, pressure may be adjusted to fit your individual needs.

Therapeutic (Deep Tissue) Massage
In our therapeutic deep tissue massage, we focus on a specific problem area with more precise therapeutic techniques as well as deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension in the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. This is done to client’s tolerance and may require more communication with the therapist to help better your treatment.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, warm basalt stones are used on the back, neck and shoulders to gently warm the muscles in this massage. The warmth of the stones penetrates the muscles, promotes circulation and relieves muscle tension and stiffness.

Prenatal Massage
Available at any point during your pregnancy, we can focus on any needed areas to alleviate any extra stress on your body from carrying that little bundle of joy! During your session, we will support you in a side-lying position with soft pillows.

Lymphatic Massage
Lymph massage uses the application of slow, light, repetitive strokes to increase lymph movement and eliminate toxins in the body. Lymphatic massage will help with low energy, seasonal colds and chronic fatigue. This massage is 45 minutes long with a 20 minute resting period to follow.

Facial Massage
Experience our relaxation facials! We will start your facial with warm compresses to relax you and open your pores. Next, light massage and essential oils are combined with facial massage strokes to stimulate circulation and to release the muscles of the face and head. A natural mask will then be gently applied, followed by a final rinse to end the session. Experience a facial massage alone or add on to another session.
